Refund & Cancellation Policy
Full refund applies to cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the first scheduled dive.
Partial refund applies to cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the first scheduled dive
50% of the booking deposit will be refunded through Paypal within a period of 15 days
If your deposit was made with a credit card through Stripe Payment Processor, the fee will be deducted from your refund. This is out of our hands as Stripe keeps the fee. We suggest using Paypal.No refund applies to cancellations made less than 48 hours (2 days) prior to the first scheduled dive
No refund applies to same-day cancellations
We understand that sometimes situations arise that are beyond your control or you may be ill or unable to dive. However, our boat captains and dive masters are hired for trips prior to the day of the dive, therefore, they need to be able to plan as well and we need to fill the boat if you are unable to make it.
Cancellation by Challenge Diving due to weather or Harbor closure.
A full refund will be given for any dives that are canceled by Challenge Diving for an unforeseen situation. Dives may be canceled if the Harbor Master closes the port to water crafts due to bad weather. We will contact you as soon as we know.
